These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yozo platform and related services ("Services") provided by Yozo. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Yozo provides an AI-powered marketing automation platform designed for Shopify merchants. The Services allow you to automate marketing communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification channels based on customer behavior and purchase data from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have this authority.
Access to the Services requires a paid subscription, except during any free trial period we offer. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after the pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received. After 14 days of non-payment following suspension, we may terminate your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions, without refund.
Your use of the Services involves the processing of personal data from your customers. You are the data controller for this data; we act as a data processor. Our handling of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement available upon request.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and consents to share customer data with us for the purpose of operating your marketing campaigns through the Services.
Yozo and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all software, AI models, interfaces, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of the content you create and the customer data you bring to the platform. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to use that content and data as necessary to provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yozo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice or immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for non-payment after the grace period.
Upon termination, you lose access to the Services and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or mandatory local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
